0198703099 | 2017-08-28 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I found that HAD drilling has set 97 feet of 26 inch diameter casing by way of concentric drilling. Mouse hole was also concentrically drilled. Cellars are to be cemented tomorrow morning. Pad address is 57084 Nixon Run Road, Martins Ferry Ohio 43935. Spudded 8/24/17. |
0484028835 | 2019-05-02 | Completion Testing | No Violations | Status check inspection found 7 wells present on the well pad. All 7 wells have been drilled and completed and the completion plugs drilled out. The completion rig has finished up and is off location. All 7 wells are equipped with 2 primary master valves and will produce off the 5.5 diameter production casing. Flowback has not moved onto location and began rigging up yet. |
1082126709 | 2018-08-22 | Completion Testing | No Violations | Status check inspection found the well drilling process is now complete. The well head configuration consists of a Cactus Company lower A section that is attached to the 13.375 diameter casing string, this is a new style well head system that the 9.625 and 5.5 diameter casing string land out in the A section by the means of mandrill hanger systems. The B section well head assembly consists of the 5.5 production casing flow cross only. The company has removed the lower and upper completion master valves and installed a service cap and 2 butterfly style valves to allow monitoring and pressure relief of the internal of the 5.5 diameter production casing which has not had the toe sleeves open or the initial set of perforations shot in the casing. A company identified as Full Circle is on site installing riser pipes on the well head A sections to monitor annular pressures. 7 wells are present on location and no production equipment is present on location. A mid stream pipeline is being installed to the pad midstream service point. 7 wells are present and have been drilled on the pad. The rig that drilled the wells identified as H&P 628 is disassembled and stacked out on location. |
1230408779 | 2018-02-20 | Completion Testing | No Violations | On the day of my inspection the site was still being occupied by H&P Rig 628. Although the rig was on location it was laid down and await mobilization off site. The trailers where the employees stayed were still on location. The well was equipped with 5.5-inch diameter production casing and was shut in. The well is awaiting completion operations at this time. |
1437442742 | 2019-03-20 | Completion Testing | No Violations | Status check inspection found the well drilling and stimulation process complete on all 7 wells on the pad. Annular pressure monitoring is installed on each well on the pad with no pressures noted on any well above 500 psi. The tin horn cellars are free from standing fluid. A 3rd party contractor identified as shale pro was on site installing the surface production equipment, all sub surface equipment was previously installed. There are some areas of disturbance around the well pad perimeter where the mid stream operator installed the mid stream pipe line and the fresh water flow line was located during stimulation, these areas will need vegetation established. The company has a service rig on the neighboring Ridgetop pad and once drill out is complete there the rig will move over to the said well pad. |
1508944535 | 2017-10-25 | Casing String Witnessed | No Violations | On site inspection to witness the surface casing installation and cement job with H&P Drilling rig 628 on the hole along with Stingray Cement Service and Wyoming Casing. The rig has drilled a 24 diameter borehole to a measured depth of 466 with the depth measured off of a drilling rig Kelly Bushing Heigth of 26.8. A coal seam was encountered between the depths of 407 and 418 with air circulation maintained and the hole loaded with fresh water and circulated prior to pulling the drill string. Upon recovering the drill string the rig then inserted a total of 466 of 18.625 diameter casing with a guide shoe and float collar casing equipment ran along with a Wetherford swell packer set at 356 to 382. The last casing joint was circulated into well bore with fresh water and the hole maintained fluid level to surface. Stingray Cement Service cemented the casing using a 131 barrel cement mix consisting of 750 sacks of class A cement with circulation lost 65 barrels into the pumping of the cement. At that point the initial cement job to was completed and the cement plug dropped and displacement initiated and at approximately 90 barrels into displacement circulation was regained to surface and cement returns were witnessed to surface at 110 barrels into displacement with 19 barrels of cement to surface. The plug was landed at 300 psi and the casing pressure tested to 692 psi. The casing pressure was then increased in 200 psi increments until the packer inflated at 1,310 psi and confirmed set. The casing pressure was then released and the casing floats held. |
1510529550 | 2017-11-12 | Casing String Witnessed | No Violations | On site inspection to witness the surface casing cement job with H&P Drilling rig 628 on location along with Wyoming Casing and Stingray Cement Service. The rig has drilled a 24 diameter surface borehole to a measured depth of 462 off of a drilling rig Kelly Bushing heigth of 28.6 above ground level elevation. The rig implemented (5) one gallon soap sweeps upon reaching total depth and reported a slight loss of weight on bit while drilling through the coal seam at 406 to 418 but maintained 10,000 pounds bit weight and air circulation indicating no true mine void. The rig pulled the drill string and inserted the 18.625 diameter 87.5 pound per foot buttress thread casing with a casing guide shoe ran along with a float collar and a Wetherford Inflatable packer set in the string between the depths of 347 to 374. The casing was installed and went right to bottom with no restriction of cuttings or cave in. The rig circulated the last 2 casing joints into the well bore and pumped total pipe and annular capacity x 2 attempting to gain circulation prior to cementing with no success the job was turned over to Stingray Cement Service. Initially prior to the installation of the cement head we dropped a gauge line down the inside of the casing and tagged a static fluid level at 142( see conductor report of void at 110-possible old mine). Stingray then installed the cement head and pumped 100 barrels of fresh water at a rate of 8 barrel (bbl) a minute with a final lift pressure of 400 psi before beginning a 25 barrel 6% gel sweep with loss circulation material followed by a 170 barrel cement mix consisting of 806 sacks of class A cement. The cement was displaced with 128 barrels of fresh water with the displacement rate maintained at 4 barrel a minute with no lift pressure seen over 150 psi and no circulation to surface. The cement plug was landed at 111 psi and the casing was pressure tested to 700 psi before increasing the pressure in increment until the packer inflated at 1, |
1511734472 | 2019-01-02 | Completion Testing | No Violations | On this day I attend the pre stimulation safety meeting along with all current contractors and company representatives. 7 wells are present on the pad, all well have the drilling process complete and are rigged up to be stimulated. The stimulation company is Stingray Pressure Pumping Service and the wireline is Renegade Wireline along with Select Energy Flowback. The well head A & B Sections are Cactus with the completion stack being from B&B. The well head B section which is the 5.5 x 9.625 annular space does have pressure control attached with electronic transducers in place to monitor pressure. Transducers are also attached to the A section which monitors between the 9.625 and 13.375 well head section. The well pad surface is of stone construction with earthen berms in place. |
1678314821 | 2017-11-06 | Preliminary Restoration | No Violations | This location has met the requirement of the Ohio Revised Code regarding preliminary restoration. The restoration is passed at this time. The operator shall continue to monitor the site and ensure that the location remains stable. |
