0529637884 | 2018-03-14 | Surface Facility Construction | No Violations | On the day of my inspection there was no activity currently happening on this location. The location does appear to be out of the construction phase and ready for drilling activity. Permits for drilling have been issue but the operator has not commenced operations at this time. The location was contained within chain-linked fencing. |
1473952170 | 2019-04-14 | Casing String Witnessed | No Violations | On site inspection to witness the conductor casing cement job with Precision Rat Hole top hole rig on location along with Petroset Cement Service. The well was spudded on 04/12/2019 and the rig has drilled a 30 diameter conductor borehole to a measured depth from ground level of 97. The rig inserted 99 of 24 diameter 94.6 pound per foot casing, Petroset Cement Service pumped a 52.5 barrel 250 sack class A cement mix, the cement weight was 15.6 pound per gallon and the yield was 1.18. The cement was displaced with 46 barrels of fresh water. The tin horn cellar set was 8 deep x 10 wide with no circulation or cement returns witnessed to surface. The area was reportedly previously mined for coal and records indicate 60 of mine spoil. The driller indicated the ground was hard and not previously disturbed however the fluid level never rose above 55 measured depth from ground level. The company representative Doug Bennett indicated they would top the well off from surface. |
