0059343565 2018-03-23 Casing String Witnessed No Violations Pioneer Rig 73 was running the 5.5-inch diameter casing string and anticipates landing the casing at approximately 19,315 feet. Once they land the casing they Stingray Cementing services will provide the cementing procedures.
0230963050 2018-08-14 Completion Testing No Violations Status check inspection and documentation on the well drilling and completion process. The well drilling process is complete and the well is equipped with a lower A and upper B section with a production casing flow cross installed atop the B section and 2 valves installed vertically atop the production flow cross to allow the company to manage any unanticipated pressure that may be experienced on the 5.5 production casing while they are awaiting the well stimulation which is scheduled for January 5th 2019. The well head A&B sections are equipped with 2 diameter riser pipes, valves and gauges are present on the riser pipes to monitor annular pressure. I spoke with the company production foreman Eric Indermuhle on this day and they are monitoring and recording the pressures regularly. No production equipment has been installed on the well pad however the mid stream pipeline is being installed by EQT. The pad surface and lease road is of stone construction and in good repair.
0238224837 2019-03-20 Preliminary Restoration No Violations Status check inspection found the well drilling and completion process complete on all 5 wells on the pad. A service rig owned by Hybrid Service Company is on location and has completed the completion drill out on the #5 well. Annular pressure monitoring is in place on each well head A&B section. 3rd party contractors are on site installing all surface production equipment. The preliminary restoration was reviewed and no erosion or vegetation issues were noted however some areas were disturbed around the pad during the installation of the mis stream pipe line, the preliminary restoration will need followed back up on later after the dusturbed areas have had a chance for vegetation to establish. The well pad and lease road surface are stone construction and in good repair. The well pad permiter earthen berm is in good condition.
0618796282 2018-02-01 Casing String Witnessed No Violations On site inspection to witness the surface casing cement job with Pioneer Drilling rig 73 on location along with Stingray Cement Service and a Halliburton Packer technician. The rig has drilled a 24 diameter surface borehole to a measured depth of 482 with the depths measured off a drilling rig Kelly Bushing height of 28.6 above ground level. Elevation. 2 breaks in weight on the bit were saw while drilling the well bore, one at 244 and the second at 406. Upon reaching total depth the company successfully loaded the hole with fresh water before pulling the drill string. Once the drill string was removed casing was inserted into the well bore. The casing total consist length was 482 with the casing weight being 87.5 pound per foot J-55 grade buttress thread. A casing guide shoe and float collar was ran. A TAAM swell packer was set in the string above the lower Pittsburgh # 8 coal seam, the packer set depth was 395 to 371. The casing was loaded with fresh water and the last 2 casing joints circulated into the well bore, however circulation was lost at this point. Stingray then started the cement job by first pumping a 25 barrel 6% gel spacer followed by a 168 barrel absolute volume cement mix consisting of 800 sacks of class A cement mix with no circulation gained or cement returns witnessed to surface. Upon achieving total displacement of 135 barrels of fresh water the cement plug was landed and the casing pressure tested before inflating the TAAM swell packer with the packer confirmed to be set at 1,120 psi. At that point the casing floats were confirmed to be holding and the cement head was removed along with the drilling rig air body seal from the exterior of the casing and the fluid level was tagged between the surface and conductor casing at 45. 1 diameter tubing was ran into the well bore to the point of refusal at 185 and the well bore was topped off with a 39 barrel absolute volume cement mix with cement returns witnessed to surface at 32 barrels.
0783876759 2018-02-01 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations I was on site today to witness the hydrostatic test on this well. Pioneer Rig 73 drilled out the cement in the shoe track and into virgin formation with the 17.5-inch diameter bit. The hole was then loaded with fluid. The rig then shut down for 30 minutes while we waited to ensure that the cement procedure was successful. The fluid level stayed at surface and the company was permitted to continue drilling operations. The company will drill the 17.5-inch diameter open hole section to total depth and precede to run and cement the 13.375-inch diameter casing string into the open well bore. The casing will then be cemented by Stingray Cementing Services.
