1139054624 2018-08-30 Casing String Witnessed No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed Precision Rathole had augured a 36 inch diameter hole to 96 feet. 100 feet of 30 inch diameter conductor casing was run. CJ/Otex was onsite with 315 sacks of class A cement. Additives include 1.5% CaCl, 0.2% X-air, and .25 lb./sack cello-flake. Cement weighed with mudscale at 15.6 ppg and yield of 1.2. 50 percent excess ran. Cement was displaced with 74 barrels of fresh water. 15 barrels of cement returned to surface.
1703808578 2018-09-12 Casing String Witnessed No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed the surface casing cement job. Falcon 26 drilled a 17.5 inch diameter open hole to a depth of 1510 feet. Previous casing set and cemented was 18.625 inch diameter mine string to a depth of 199 feet. Wyoming Casing ran 1496 feet of 13.375 inch diameter casing, j-55, 61 lbs/foot, with 3 foot stick up. Casing was centralized with 13 centralizers. Shoe track is 44 feet long. CJ/Otex was onsite with 1215 sacks of class A cement. Cement weighed with mudscale at 15.6 ppg and yield of 1.19. 40% excess ran in open hole. Cement displaced with 225 barrels of fresh water. 35 barrels of gel pumped ahead of cement. 60 barrels of cement returned to surface, and floats held with 1 barrel back.
