0653799555 | 2018-12-28 | Casing String Witnessed | No Violations | On site inspection to witness the conductor casing cement job with Lightning Energy Auger rig service and Lightning Energy cement service. The well was spudded on 12/21/2018, the company had some hole condition issues delaying the drilling process. The rig did successfully drill a 36 diameter borehole to a measured depth of 110 and insert 110 of 26 diameter .375 wall thickness weld connection casing. Lightning Cement Service cemented the casing using a 105 barrel cement mic consisting of 500 sacks of class A cement. 50% open hole cement excess was ran. The cement was displaced with 65 barrels of fresh water with cement returns witnessed to surface. The mine spoil was approximately 65 and we have been tagging the cement top once after the cement is allowed to cure to double check adequate cement to surface, also the water table has been at ground level just below the cellar depth at 8. |
