0985404984 | 2019-02-07 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I witnessed that there were 5 existing wells on the pad. The wells were all equipped with 13.375-inch diameter casing and the A section of the well head. At the time of my inspection all the cellars were holding water. Vegetation had not been re-established around the pad and there were no annular pressures to monitor. There was proper signage at the entrance to the lease road and the well had proper identification. |
1546788290 | 2019-01-06 | Casing String Witnessed | No Violations | On site inspection to witness the surface casing cement job with Falcon Drilling rig 26 and C&J Cement Service. The rig has drilled a 17.5 diameter surface borehole on air to a depth of 1,550. The rig conditioned the well bore and pulled the drill string then inserted 1,540 of 61 pound per foot J-55 grade Buttress Thread casing. The depths are off a drilling rig Kelly Bushing heigth of 12 above ground level elevation. Once the pipe was inserted in the well the casing and hole was loaded before commencing the cement job. The cement job consisted of pumping a 35 barrel 6% gel sweep ahead of the 324 barrel cement mix that consisted of 1,530 sacks of class A cement. The cement weight was verified by weight of scale at 15.6 pound per gallon and the yield was 1.19. The cement additives were 1% calcium and 1/4 pound per sack loss circulation material. The cement was displaced with 227 barrels of fresh water to the float collar with the final displacement pressure of 770 pounds pressure and the casing was pressure tested to 1,275 pounds pressure. 57 barrels of cement returns were witnessed to surface inside the cellar and the cement returns were sampled and weighed with a weight of 15.3 pound per gallon by weight of scale. |
