1546821474 2019-01-06 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations Status check inspection found a top hole rig owned by ButchsRat Hole is on location and spudded the said well on 01/04/2019. The 36well bore was drilled to 110 and 26 diameter conductor set to 110 and cemented to surface. All depths are from ground level elevation.
1549415359 2019-02-05 Casing String Witnessed No Violations On site inspection at 17:00 hours to witness the surface casing -active mine isolation string with Pioneer Drilling rig #71 on location along with BJ Cement Service and Wyoming Casing. The rig has drilled a 17.5 diameter well bore to a measured depth of 540 with a coal seam encountered between the depths of 481 and 489. All depths are from a drilling rig floor heigth of 26.8 above ground level elevation. Upon reaching total depth the rig circulated the hole clean with air and soap before pulling the drill string and inserting 539 of 13.375 diameter 54.5 pound per foot J-55 Grade Buttress Thread casing, a casing float shoe and collar was ran along with casing centralizers on every 3rd casing collar. Once the casing was installed the well bore was loaded with fresh water and circulation was established with the drilling rig pumps. The casing was cemented by BJ Services by first pumping 50 barrels of 6% gel spacer followed by a 136 barrel cement mix consisting of 35 sacks of class A cement with the cement weight verified at 15.6 pound per gallon by weight of scale, the cement yield was 1.2. The cement was displaced with 76 barrels of fresh water and 30 barrels of cement returns were witnessed to surface inside the cellar. The final displacement pressure was 218 pounds pressure and the casing was pressure tested to 841 pound pressure for 5 minutes, casing floats held.
1713326640 2019-06-12 Completion Testing No Violations Status check inspection found the well drilling and completion process complete with a service rig on location rigging up on the #1 well on the pad. The well head A&B sections are equipped with both manual gauges and electronic transducers to monitor annular pressure, the pressures are being checked daily.
