0570047130 | 2015-01-13 | Production Wells | No Violations | I was on location to conduct a status check of this well. The well is open flow with a wellhead tree assembly. Jersey barriers were installed around the wellhead. The tank battery consisted of 6, 400 BBL production tanks and was diked. A windsock was installed on the top of the production tanks. Other production equipment on the well pad consisted of:
Jersey barriers are installed around the production equipment. Lightening protection is installed on top of the production tanks. The well is properly identified with a clear, legibly marked well identification sign. The entire well pad is enclosed with a 6 foot high, chain link fence with 3 strand barbed wire and the man doors were locked. The lease road is stable and drivable. No violations found. |
1212286933 | 2015-07-01 | Preliminary Restoration | No Violations | I was on location to conduct a preliminary restoration inspection. The well is a plunger lift unit. Jersey barriers were installed around the wellhead. The well is properly identified with a clear, legibly marked well identification sign. The tank battery consisted of six, 400 BBL production tanks and was diked. The tanks are located within a spray-lined and sealed secondary containment. There are e-stops outside the barriers, and the tanks are grounded, and have static dissipators. There is a truck grounding area for trucks collecting condensate and/or produced water. Lightning protection and a windsock is installed on top of the production tanks. Other production equipment on the well pad consisted of:

1312334267 | 2017-10-30 | Production Wells | No Violations | I conducted a status check of this well. Identification was posted at the access entrance, the wells, and tank battery. The well is in production and was equipped with a plunger lift assembly. The production tanks are surrounded by a steel dike. The pad is surrounded by a fence and all man doors were locked.
The equipment on the pad consists of the following: -400 bbl production tanks, three labelled as containing condensate, and three labelled as containing produced water -pressure vertical separator
|
1339740432 | 2018-10-16 | Production Wells | No Violations | The well is equipped with a plunger-lift assembly. The surface/intermediate and intermediate/production annular gauges displayed zero psi. No changes have been made to the production equipment since my last inspection. Erosional controls appeared to be in place and functional. No violations were observed at the time of inspection. |
