0265389368 | 2017-07-12 | Production Wells | No Violations | I conducted a status check of this well. Identification signs were posted at the access road entrance, the well, and the storage tanks. The #8H well is in production and is equipped with a plunger-lift assembly. The production tanks are surrounded by a steel dike. The pad is surrounded by a fence and all man doors were locked.
The equipment on the pad consists of the following: 2 producing wells 2 Low pressure vertical separators 2 sand separators 1 gas processing unit 1 vapor recovery unit 1 heat treater The access road was stable. No violations were noted at the time of inspection. |
0980054454 | 2012-11-29 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | I was on site to witness the cementing of the 9 5/8 intermediate casing string. My inspection revealed that Nomac Rig #43 has drilled a 12 1/4 hole to a total depth of 1625 and ran 1615 of 9 5/8 casing with 13 bowspring centralizers installed on joints 1,2,5,8,11,14,17,20,23,26,29,32,35. Schlumberger cemented the casing with 550 sacks of Class A (D901) cement with 10% Salt (D044),.2% D046 (antifoam),.15% D153 (antisettling), and .125 pound per sack D130 (lost circulation). Schlumberger pumped a 25 barrel gel spacer, a 10 barrel water spacer, and 119 barrels of cement slurry. They displaced the plug with 116 barrels of water and bumped the plug at 14:15 hrs. There was good circulation throughout the job and 23 barrels of cement was circulated to surface. My inspection revealed no violations at this time. |
1355421197 | 2012-11-27 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | I was on site to witness the cementing of the 13 3/8 surface casing. My inspection revealed that Nomac 43 has drilled a 17.5 hole to a total depth of 794 and ran 792 of 13 3/8 casing. They installed 6 bowspring centralizers on joints 1,2,5,8,11,14. Schlumberger cemented the casing with 722 sacks of Class A (D901) cement with 2% CaCl (S001) , .2% D46, and .125 pound per sack D130 (cello flake). They pumped a 25 barrel gel spacer, 10 barrels of freshwater, and then 154 barrels of cement. The cement had a density of 15.6 pound per gallon and had a yield of 1.2 cubic feet per sack and they used 5.252 gallons of mix water per sack. They displaced the plug with 115 barrels of water and bumped the plug at 22:35 hrs with 288 PSI.There was good circulation throughout the job and 33 barrels of cement was circulated to surface. They conducted the casing integrity test at 1023 PSI; test approved. No violations at this time. |
1873517397 | 2015-10-20 | Preliminary Restoration | No Violations | I was on location to conduct a preliminary restoration inspection. The well is a plunger lift unit. Jersey barriers were installed around the wellhead. The well is properly identified with a clear, legibly-marked well identification sign. The tank battery consisted of six 400 BBL production tanks and was diked. The tanks are located within a spray-lined and sealed secondary containment. There are e-stops outside the barriers, and the tanks are grounded, and have static dissipators. There is a truck grounding area for trucks collecting condensate and/or produced water. Lightning protection and a windsock are installed on top of the production tanks. Other production equipment on the well pad consisted of:
