0074356484 | 2012-12-05 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | I was on site with Kyle Tharp and Kyle Baldwin ( both with the Division of Oil and Gas). We went to the Rig Consultants trailer and met with Jack Turner (Consultant) and I advised him that we were on site to conduct an inspection. He advised that he would call the driller on the rig floor so he was aware that we would be up on the drilling rig and in the doghouse. We walked around the drilling site and found no violations at this time. We went under the substructure to inspect the BOPs and choke lines (blow-out equipment) and found all the lines were hooked up to the BOPs and the choke manifold. We went up and met with the driller and introduced ourselves and I explained that we were conducting an inspection. We went back to the Consultants office and advised Jack Turner that we were finished with our inspection and that we were leaving the well site. |
0093138665 | 2015-11-09 | Preliminary Restoration | No Violations | I was on location to conduct a preliminary restoration inspection. The well is open flow with a wellhead Christmas tree assembly. Jersey barriers were installed around the wellhead. The well is properly identified with a clear, legibly-marked well identification sign. The tank battery consisted of eight, 400 BBL production tanks and was diked. The tanks are located within a spray-lined and sealed secondary containment. There are e-stops outside the barriers, and the tanks are grounded, and have static dissipators. There is a truck grounding area for trucks collecting condensate and/or produced water. Lightning protection and a windsock are installed on top of the production tanks. Other production equipment on the well pad consisted of:
