0635345019 | 2015-11-09 | Preliminary Restoration | No Violations | I was on location to conduct a preliminary restoration inspection. The well is open flow with a wellhead Christmas tree assembly. Jersey barriers were installed around the wellhead. The well is properly identified with a clear, legibly-marked well identification sign. The tank battery consisted of eight, 400 BBL production tanks and was diked. The tanks are located within a spray-lined and sealed secondary containment. There are e-stops outside the barriers, and the tanks are grounded, and have static dissipators. There is a truck grounding area for trucks collecting condensate and/or produced water. Lightning protection and a windsock are installed on top of the production tanks. Other production equipment on the well pad consisted of:

0843858917 | 2012-07-17 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | I was on site to check the status of Express Energy Services rathole rig that is drilling the conductor hole . My inspection revealed that the tin horn (cellar) has been set and the rathole rig is drilling the 26 conductor hole . The driller advised that they were going to try to finish drilling this conductor hole today and move the rig over to the Colescott 10H and start drilling it tomorrow morning . |
1955507787 | 2012-07-19 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | I was on site to witness the cementing of the 20 conductor pipe . My inspection revealed that Express Energy Services has drilled a 26 hole to a depth of 110 and ran 110 of 20 conductor pipe into the wellbore . Allied Oil & Gas Services cemented the casing with 252 sacks of Class A cement with 2% CaCl and .25 pound per sack floseal ( 15.6 pound per gallon density and a yield of 1.2 cubic feet per sack) . The wellbore had good circulation throughout the entire job and approximately 15 barrels of cement was circulated to surface . |
2040373924 | 2016-02-18 | Production Wells | No Violations | I conducted a status check of this well. Identification signs were posted at the access road entrance, the well, and the storage tanks. The access road gate was not locked. The access road was in good repair. The #3H well is in production. The well is equipped with a plunger lift assembly. The production tanks are surrounded by a steel dike. The pad is surrounded by a fence. The man doors were not locked, but Chesapeake Exploration personnel were on site at the time of inspection.
The equipment on the pad consists of the following: 8-400 bbl production tanks with one low pressure vertical separator 6 Producing wells 6 Sand separators 6 Gas Processing Units 1 Heat Treater 1 Vapor Recovery Unit |
