Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

-1164549501 2017-5-15 0:00: PL No Violations 1.00
-382753219 2012-8-14 0:00: DD No Violations 1.00
0382753219 2012-08-14 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations I was on site to check the status of Nomac Drilling Rig # 41. My inspection revealed that Nomac Rig # 41 is drilling the curve at 8280 and should land the curve later today. They advised that if they land the curve later today or tonight, they should finish drilling the well by this coming weekend. My inspection revealed no violations at this time.
1164549501 2017-05-15 Preliminary Restoration No Violations I was on location to conduct a preliminary restoration inspection. The #8H well is in production of an open flow assembly. Jersey barriers were installed around the wellhead. The well is identified with a legibly-marked well identification sign. Identification was posted at the tank battery which consisted of eight 400 bbl production tanks, three labeled as containing produced water, and four labelled as containing condensate, and one low-pressure vertical separator. The tank battery is surrounded by a dike. There are e-stops outside the barriers, and the tanks are grounded, and have static dissipaters. There is a truck grounding area for trucks collecting condensate and/or produced water. Lightning protection and a windsock are installed on top of the production tanks. Production equipment on the well pad consisted of:

6-producing wells 6- 400 bbl production tanks, three labelled as containing produced water, and three labelled as containing condensate 6 sand separators 6 gas processing units 1 low pressure vertical separator 1 vapor recovery unit 1 compressor station 1 line heater 2 bullet tanks Jersey barriers are installed around the production equipment. The access road and man doors were locked. Drainage and erosion controls at the pad are in place and functioning. A closed-loop, above-ground drilling pit system was used, so there are no earthen pits requiring closure. The pad has a crushed limestone surface, and is in good repair. The lease road was stable in in good repair.

2004664322 2012-08-02 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations I was on site to witness the cementing of the 13 3/8 surface casing. My inspection revealed that Nomac Rig #41 has ran 573 of 13 3/8 surface casing. They installed 6 centralizers on the casing string (on joints 1,2,3,6,9,10). Halliburton cemented the casing with 540 sacks of ClassA cement with a density of 15.6 pound per gallon and a yield of 1.19 cubic feet per sack. The cement additives are 1% CaCl and .25 pound per sack poly-e-flake. Halliburton pumped 81.9 barrels of freshwater to displace and land the plug. There was good circulation throughout the job and approximately 30 barrels of cement was circulated to surface.
