0252019124 | 2014-04-08 | Production Wells | No Violations | I inspected the well site and found the well head to be constructed with a Christmas tree valve and piping. There are four wells at this site. The condensate tanks and piping runs were all intact with no leaks. The spray lined steel containment around the condensate tanks had rain water in it with no visible contamination. The preheaters had no visible issues. The lease road is stable condition and the site is well secured with two locked gates. No violations were found. |
0823244265 | 2015-10-26 | Preliminary Restoration | No Violations | I was on location to conduct a preliminary restoration inspection. The well is equipped with a plunger lift unit. Jersey barriers were installed around the wellhead. The well is properly identified with a clear, legibly-marked well identification sign. The tank battery consisted of eight, 400 BBL production tanks and was diked. The tanks are located within a spray-lined and sealed secondary containment. There are e-stops outside the barriers, and the tanks are grounded, and have static dissipators. There is a truck grounding area for trucks collecting condensate and/or produced water. Lightning protection and a windsock are installed on top of the production tanks. Other production equipment on the well pad consisted of:

1354122270 | 2012-11-20 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | I was onsite to witness the cementing of the 20 inch conductor casing to 120 feet. The job was completed and cement came back to surface. There are no violations at this site during this time. |
