Production equipment on pad includes:
There are concrete jersey barriers protecting the wellhead and production equipment from vehicles. The tanks are located within a spray-lined and sealed secondary containment. There are e-stops outside the barriers, and the tanks are grounded, and have static dissipaters. There is a truck grounding area for trucks collecting condensate and/or produced water. The soil stockpile is well stabilized with vegetation. Drainage and erosion controls at the pad are in place and functioning. A closed-loop, above-ground drilling pit system was used, so there are no earthen pits requiring closure. Preliminary restoration is complete. | |
1483118848 | 2015-09-16 | Preliminary Restoration | No Violations | I was on location to conduct a preliminary restoration inspection. The well is equipped with a plunger lift unit. Jersey barriers were installed around the wellhead. The well is properly identified with a clear, legibly marked well identification sign. The tank battery consisted of six 400 BBL production tanks and was diked. The tanks are located within a spray-lined and sealed secondary containment. There are e-stops outside the barriers, and the tanks are grounded, and have static dissipators. There is a truck grounding area for trucks collecting condensate and/or produced water. Lightning protection and a windsock is installed on top of the production tanks. Other production equipment on the well pad consisted of:

1625845244 | 2017-09-06 | Production Wells | No Violations | I conducted a status check of this well. Identification signs were posted at the access road entrance, the well, and the storage tanks. The access road was equipped with a gate and was locked. The #1H well is in production. The well is equipped with a plunger lift assembly. The production tanks are surrounded by a steel dike. The pad is surrounded by a fence and all man doors were locked.
The equipment on the pad consists of the following: 6- 400 bbl production tanks; four labelled as containing produced water, and three labelled as containing condensate. 3 Producing wells 3 Sand separators 3 Gas processing units |
1665018047 | 2018-04-26 | Production Wells | No Violations | I conducted a status check of the well and pad. No violations were observed at the time of inspection. The surface/intermediate displayed a reading of zero psi and the intermediate/production annular gauges displayed a reading 190 psi. |
1693980950 | 2015-01-15 | Production Wells | No Violations | I was on location to conduct a status check of this well. The well is open flow with a wellhead tree assembly. Jersey barriers were installed around the wellhead. The tank battery consisted of 6, 400 BBL production tanks and was diked. A windsock was installed on the top of the production tanks. Other production equipment on the well pad consisted of:
