0012174028 | 2015-01-20 | Production Wells | No Violations | I was on location to conduct a status check of this well. The well is open flow with a wellhead tree assembly. Jersey barriers were installed around the wellhead. The tank battery consisted of 8, 400 BBL production tanks and was diked. A windsock was installed on the top of the production tanks. Other production equipment on the well pad consisted of:

0453967382 | 2013-10-09 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | I was on site to witness the cementing of the 9 5/8 inch intermediate casing. My inspection revealed that Nomac Rig# 72 has drilled a 12.25 inch hole to a total depth of 1942 feet and ran 1929 feet of 9 5/8 inch casing (40 pound per foot / inside diameter 8.835 inches) into the well bore. They installed 16 bowspring centralizers on the casing string (on joints 1,2,5,8,11,14,17,20,23,26,29,32,35,38,41,and 44). Schlumberger cemented the casing with 722 sacks of Surface Set cement with additives ( 2% D154; 0.3% D400; 0.3% D202; 0.2% D046; and 0.6% D013. The cement had a density of 15.85 pounds per gallon, a yield of 1.18 cubic feet per sack, and they used 4.446 gallons per sack of mix water. Schlumberger pumped 152 barrels of cement slurry, pumped 139 barrels of freshwater displacement, and there was 29 barrels of good cement returns to surface. They bumped the plug at 4:45am with 850 PSI and the conducted the casing test with 1510 PSI for 5 minutes. The casing test was approved at this time. The floats held when pressure was released and they got approximately 1 barrel of flowback. My inspection revealed no violations at this time. NOTE: Had to wait on the Sweco Wellhead Technician to land the casing in the wellhead. |
1381306505 | 2013-10-07 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | I was on site to witness the cementing of the 13 3/8 inch surface casing. My inspection revealed that Nomac Rig# 72 has drilled a 17 1/2 inch hole to a total depth of 520 feet and ran 507 feet of 13 3/8 inch casing into the well bore. They installed 7 bowspring centalizers on the casing string (on joints 1,2,3,5,7,9,11). Schlumberger cemented the casing with 460 sacks sacks of Class A (D901) cement with additives (0.4% D400; 0.4% D202; 0.2% D046; 1% D154; 1.5% S001; and 1/4 pound per sack D130. The cement had a density of 15.6 pounds per gallon, a yield of 1.21 cubic feet per sack, and they used 5.245 gallons of mix water per sack. Schlumberger pumped 99 barrels of cement slurry, pumped 72 barrels of freshwater displacement, and there was 23 barrels of good cement returns to surface. They bumped the plug at 3:21am with 173 PSI and then conducted the casing test with 859 PSI. Casing test approved at this time. Floats held and approximately 0.5 barrel flowback when pressure was released. My inspection revealed no violations at this time. |
1689469216 | 2013-08-24 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | I was on site to witness the cementing of the 20 conductor casing. My inspection revealed that Precision Rathole drilled a 26 inch hole to a depth of 18 feet and ran a 26 inch sleeve to a depth of 18 feet. Precision then drilled a 24 inch hole to a depth of 120 feet and ran 120 feet of 20 inch conductor casing. Allied cemented the casing with 230 sacks of Class A 2% CaCl and 1/2 pound per sack cello flake. The cement had a density of 15.6 pounds per gallon, a yield of 1.18 cubic feet per sack, and 5.2 gallons of freshwater per sack of cement. Allied pumped 48 barrels of cement slurry, 39 barrels of freshwater displacement, and there was 21 barrels of cement returns to surface. My inspection revealed no violations at this time. |
1825508905 | 2015-07-01 | Preliminary Restoration | No Violations | I was on location to conduct a preliminary restoration inspection. The well is a plunger lift unit. Jersey barriers were installed around the wellhead. The well is properly identified with a clear, legibly marked well identification sign. The tank battery consisted of eight, 400 BBL production tanks and was diked. The tanks are located within a spray-lined and sealed secondary containment. There are e-stops outside the barriers, and the tanks are grounded, and have static dissipators. There is a truck grounding area for trucks collecting condensate and/or produced water. Lightning protection and a windsock is installed on top of the production tanks. Other production equipment on the well pad consisted of:
