0067163981 | 2018-10-29 | Production Wells | No Violations | The well was equipped with an open-flow assembly. The surface-intermediate and intermediate-production annular gauges displayed zero psi. I performed a walk-around inspection of the pad and no violations were observed at the time of inspection. |
0556163866 | 2017-06-19 | Preliminary Restoration | No Violations |
I was on location to conduct a preliminary restoration inspection. The well is equipped with a plunger lift unit. Jersey barriers were installed around the wellhead. The well is properly identified with a legibly-marked well identification sign. Identification was posted at the tank battery which consisted of eight 400 bbl production tanks, three labeled as containing condensate, and five labelled as containing produced water, and one low-pressure vertical separator. The tank battery is surrounded by a dike and the tanks are located within a spray-lined and sealed secondary containment. There are e-stops outside the barriers, and the tanks are grounded, and have static dissipaters. There is a truck grounding area for trucks collecting condensate and/or produced water. Lightning protection and a windsock are installed on top of the production tanks. Other production equipment on the well pad consisted of: 8 -400 bbl tanks, three labelled as containing fresh water and five labelled as containing condensate 3 producing wells 3 sand separators 3 gas processing units 1 vapor recovery unit 1 heat treater Jersey barriers are installed around the production equipment. The entire well pad is enclosed with a six-foot high, chain link fence with three-strand barbed wire. The man doors were locked. Drainage and erosion controls at the pad are in place and functioning. A closed-loop, above-ground drilling pit system was used, so there are no earthen pits requiring closure. The pad has a crushed limestone surface, and is in good repair. The lease road was stable in in good repair. |
1350233105 | 2018-06-21 | Production Wells | No Violations | The well is equipped with a plunger-lift unit. The surface-intermediate annular pressure gauge displayed a reading of zero psi, and the intermediate-production annular gauge displayed 290 psi. No changes to the pad since my last inspection. No violations were observed. |
