0907506800 | 2013-10-25 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | I was on site to witness the cementing of the 20 inch conductor casing. My inspection revealed that Express has drilled a 26 inch hole to a total depth of 123 feet and ran 119 feet of 20 inch conductor casing (94 pounds per foot / inside diameter is 19.124 inches). Allied cemented the casing with 250 sacks of Class A 2% CaCl and 1/2 pound per sack floseal. The cement had a density of 15.6 pounds per gallon, a yield of 1.2 cubic feet per sack, and they used 5.23 gallons of mix water per sack. They pumped 53.43 barrels of cement slurry, 39 barrels of displacement, and there was 13 barrels of cement reurns to surface. My inspection revealed no violations at this time. |
1138772534 | 2017-03-07 | Production Wells | No Violations | I conducted a status check of this well. Identification signs were posted at the access road entrance, the well, and the storage tanks. The access road was equipped with a gate and was locked. The #9H well is in production. The well is equipped with a plunger lift assembly. The production tanks are surrounded by a steel dike. The pad is surrounded by a fence and all man doors were locked.
The equipment on the pad consists of the following: 4 producing wells 1 Low pressure vertical separator located inside of dike 4 sand separators 4 gas processing units 1 vapor recovery unit 1 heat treater 1 compressor station There was approximately four inches of standing water inside of the dike. I tested the standing water with a low-range QuanTab which concluded in a reading of under 30 ppm. |
1388882475 | 2014-01-04 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | I was on site to witness to cementing of the 13 3/8 inch surface casing. My inspection revealed that Nomac Drilling Rig # 77 has drilled a 17.5 inch hole to a total depth of 486 feet and ran 486 feet of 13 3/8 inch casing ( 54.5 pounds per foot / inside diameter of 12.615 inches ). They installed 4 bowspring centralizers on the casing string on joints 1,3,6,9. Schlumber cemented the casing with 437 sacks of Class A 1% D154, 0.5% B348, 0.15% B160A, 0.2% D046, 0.6% S001, and .125 pound per sack D130. The cement had a density of 15.6 pounds per gallon, a yield of 1.2 cubic feet per sack, and they used 5.219 gallons of mix water per sack. They pumped 94 barrels of cement slurry, 69 barrels of displacement, and there was 21 barrels of cement returns to surface. They landed the plug at 7:49pm with 230 PSI and then bumped the pressure up to 800 PSI to conduct the casing test. The casing test was approved and the floats held when the pressure was released. Approximately 1/2 barrel of water flowed back when the pressure was released. My inspection revealed no violations at this time. NOTE: Schlumberger had trouble with the threads leaking on the cement head. Took cement head off twice and then the threads on the landing joint collar started leaking. The collar on the landing joint had to be replaced before they could put the cement head back into the landing joint. |
1405737600 | 2014-01-06 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | I was on site to witness the cementing of the 9 5/8 inch intermediate casing. My inspection revealed that Nomac Rig # 77 has drilled a 12 1/4 inch hole to a total depth of 1873 feet and ran 1863 feet of 9 5/8 inch intermediate casing (40 pounds per foot / inside diameter 8.835 inches). Schlumberger cemented the casing with 690 sacks of Class A 1% D154, 0.2% D046, 0.2% B160A, 0.6% B348, 0.4% S001, and .125 pound per sack of D130. The cement had a density of 15.6 pounds per gallon, a yield of 1.2 cubic feet per sack, and they used 5.207 gallons of mix water per sack. They pumped 148 barrels of cement slurry, 134.5 barrels of displacement, and there was 20 barrels of cement returns to surface. They landed the plug at 02:54pm with 700 PSI and theyn they bumped the pressure up to 1260 PSI for the casing test. Casing test approved at this time. My inspection revealed no violations at this time. |
2088337408 | 2015-10-23 | Preliminary Restoration | No Violations | I was on location to conduct a preliminary restoration inspection. The well is equipped with a plunger lift unit. Jersey barriers were installed around the wellhead. The well is properly identified with a clear, legibly-marked well identification sign. The tank battery consisted of eight, 400 BBL production tanks and was diked. The tanks are located within a spray-lined and sealed secondary containment. There are e-stops outside the barriers, and the tanks are grounded, and have static dissipators. There is a truck grounding area for trucks collecting condensate and/or produced water. Lightning protection and a windsock are installed on top of the production tanks. Other production equipment on the well pad consisted of:
