My inspection found that the drilling pad and lease road have not been constructed and the location has not been cleared. Six (6) stratigraphic well permits were issued for this pad on October 25th of 2013 and expired on October 25th of 2015. A non-drilled completion report was submitted for all six (6) wells on 11/12/2015 as required. Other permits on this pad are for the #s 3 (PN# 22513), 5 (PN# 22514), 6 (PN# 22515), 8 (PN# 22516), and 10 (PN# 22517). No violations. |
