1392048428 2014-02-10 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations I was on site to witness the cementing of the 20 inch conductor casing. My inspection revealed that Precision Rathole has drilled a 26 inch hole to a total depth of 120 feet and ran 120 feet of 20 inch casing (94 pounds per foot / inside diameter is 19.124 inches). Allied cemented the conductor casing with 278 sacks of Class A 2% CaCl and 1/2 pound per sack floseal. The cement had a density of 15.6 pounds per gallon, a yield of 1.18 cubic feet per sack, and they used 5.23 gallons of mix water per sack. Allied pumped 58 barrels of cement, 39 barrels of displacement, and there was 10 barrels of cement returns to surface. My inspection revealed no violations at this time. NOTE: Job took longer than normal because one of Allieds bulk trucks got stuck on the lease road due to the snow and ice.
1506629486 2017-09-21 Final Restoration No Violations I conducted a final restoration of the well after the conductor hole was plugged by the operator on 09/18/2017. As per Chesapeake representative, cement was found to be at surface on 09/19/2017 and was then cut 52 below grade and capped with a steel plate. The tin horn of the cellar was removed, and the cellar was filled in with gravel. This well was never put in production, so no production equipped was placed on site. There is one other producing well (34-019-2-22537-00-00) on the pad with production equipment.
