0416053660 | 2015-10-26 | Preliminary Restoration | No Violations | I was on location to conduct a preliminary restoration inspection. The well is open flow with a wellhead Christmas tree assembly. Jersey barriers were installed around the wellhead. The well is properly identified with a clear, legibly-marked well identification sign. The tank battery consisted of eight, 400 BBL production tanks and was diked. The tanks are located within a spray-lined and sealed secondary containment. There are e-stops outside the barriers, and the tanks are grounded, and have static dissipators. There is a truck grounding area for trucks collecting condensate and/or produced water. Lightning protection and a windsock are installed on top of the production tanks. Other production equipment on the well pad consisted of:
Jersey barriers are installed around the production equipment. The entire well pad is enclosed with a six-foot high, chain link fence with three-strand barbed wire and the man doors were locked. Along the interior of the chain link fence there is an earthen berm and it was stable. The soil stockpile is well-stabilized with vegetation. Drainage and erosion controls at the pad are in place and functioning. A closed-loop, above-ground drilling pit system was used, so there are no earthen pits requiring closure. The pad has a crushed limestone surface, and is in good repair. The lease road is stable and drivable. Preliminary restoration passed. |
0959249599 | 2018-11-25 | Production Wells | No Violations | The well was equipped with a plunger-lift assembly. The surface/intermediate and intermediate/production annular gauges displayed zero psi. No equipment changes have been made to the production pad since my last inspection. I performed a walk-around inspection of the pad and erosional controls appeared functioning. No violations were observed at the time of inspection. |
1234398146 | 2014-06-23 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | I was on location for the cementing of the intermediate casing. Nomac Rig 74 drilled a 12.25 Hole #3 to 2,525 from rig floor (KB) and set 9.625 casing to 2,510 KB with 15 centralizers. The rig floor height was 20. The casing had a weight of 40 lbs/ft and rating of J-55. A float shoe and collar was installed on the casing. The float collar was between the second and third joints. Schlumberger rigged up and established circulation with 5 bbls of fresh water. The operator mixed and pumped 25 bbls of a gel spacer, 10 bbls of a water spacer and 197 bbls (900 sacks) of Class A cement with a yield of 1.23 and 15.6 PPG. Next, Schlumberger released the plug and displaced the cement to 2,421 with 183.5 bbls of fresh water. I witnessed 35 bbls of good cement returned to surface. Once the plug landed, O-Tex pressured up from 1,068 psi to 1,579 psi and held static for 5 minutes. Pressure on the plug was release and there was 1 bbl of flow back water. |
1403634576 | 2014-06-21 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | I was on location for the cementing of the surface casing. Nomac Rig 74 drilled a 17.5 Hole #2 to 572 from rig floor (KB) and set 13.375 casing to 557 KB with 5 centralizers. The casing had a weight of 54.5 lbs/ft and rating of J-55. A float shoe and collar was installed onto the casing string. Schlumberger rigged up and established circulation with 5 bbls of fresh water. The operator mixed and pumped 30 bbls of a gel spacer, 10 bbls of a fresh water spacer and 109 bbls (500 sacks) of Class A cement with a yield of 1.22 and 15.6 PPG. Next, Schlumberger released the plug and displaced the cement to 514 with 79.5 bbls of fresh water. I witnessed 25 bbls of good cement returned to surface. Once the plug landed, O-Tex pressured up from 300 to 1300 psi and held static for 5 minutes. Pressure on the plug was release and there was 0.5 bbl of flow back water. Cement samples was taken and weighed at 15.6. |
1647443663 | 2018-11-26 | Production Wells | No Violations | The well was equipped with a plunger lift assembly. The surface-intermediate and intermediate-production annular gauges displayed readings of zero psi. I performed a walk-around inspection of the pad and no violations were observed at the time of inspection. |

2130786568 | 2017-03-15 | Production Wells | No Violations | I conducted a status check of this well. Identification signs were posted at the access road entrance, the well, and the storage tanks. The access road was equipped with a gate and was locked. The #210H well is in production. The well is equipped with a plunger lift assembly. The production tanks are surrounded by a steel dike. The pad is surrounded by a fence and all man doors were locked.
The equipment on the pad consists of the following: 4 producing wells 1 Low pressure vertical separator located inside of dike 4 sand separators 4 gas processing units 1 vapor recovery unit 1 heat treater 1 compressor station 2 bullet tanks 1 40,000 bbl open frac tank 1 oil stabilization unit There was approximately four inches of standing water inside of the dike. I tested the standing water with a low-range QuanTab which concluded in a reading of under 30 ppm. |
