0714250262 | 2018-11-19 | Production Wells | No Violations | The well was equipped with a plunger-lift assembly. The surface/intermediate and intermediate/production annular gauges displayed readings of zero psi. I performed a walk-around inspection of the pad and no violations were observed at the time of inspection. |
0821980616 | 2018-09-05 | Production Wells | No Violations | The well was equipped with a plunger-lift assembly. The surface/intermediate and intermediate/production annular gauges displayed readings of zero psi. No changes have been made to the production pad equipment since my last inspection. No violations were observed. |
1263848615 | 2017-03-02 | Preliminary Restoration | No Violations | I was on location to conduct a preliminary restoration inspection. The #10H well is in production and consists of an open flow assembly. Jersey barriers were installed around the wellhead. The well is identified with a legibly-marked well identification sign. Identification was posted at the tank battery which consisted of twelve 400 bbl production tanks, four labeled as containing produced water, and eight labelled as containing condensate. The tank battery is surrounded by a dike. There are e-stops outside the barriers, and the tanks are grounded, and have static dissipaters. There is a truck grounding area for trucks collecting condensate and/or produced water. Lightning protection and a windsock are installed on top of the production tanks. Production equipment on the well pad consisted of:
12- 400 bbl production tanks, four labelled as containing produced water, and eight labelled as containing condensate 8 sand separators 8 gas processing units 1 low pressure vertical separator 1 oil stabilization unit 1 vapor recovery unit 1 horizontal separator, 1 compressor station Two bullet tanks Jersey barriers are installed around the production equipment. The access road and man doors were locked. Drainage and erosion controls at the pad are in place and functioning. A closed-loop, above-ground drilling pit system was used, so there are no earthen pits requiring closure. The pad has a crushed limestone surface, and is in good repair. The lease road was stable in in good repair. |
1415022498 | 2014-11-02 | Casing String Witnessed | No Violations | I was on the Leggett # 10 - H to witness the placement and cementing of the conductor casing. Rocky Mountain Drilling drilled a 26 wellbore to 120 GL and placed 120 of 20 welded, 94 lbs. / foot casing into the wellbore. The 20 casing had two windows cut in at the bottom of the casing ( 4 and 5 ) to allow circulation of cement. Universal Well Services mixed a cement slurry ( 245 sacks Type 1, 2 % CaCl2, .25 lbs. / sack celloflake ) and circulated it back to the cellar floor. I observed approximately 4 barrels of cement returned to the cellar floor. After 1 hour the cement top was static and level with the cellar floor. No violations were observed during this inspection. |
