0976513921 2018-07-11 Final Restoration No Violations I was on site for a final restoration inspection. The well consisted of a conductor hole concentrically set at 80 and was plugged to surface. A steel plate with permit number was welded to the conductor casing The well is situated on a pad with two other production wells and accompanying production equipment. The cellar around the well is still in place and the well is not buried to surface so final restoration cannot be passed at this time.
1132071903 2018-11-21 Final Restoration No Violations I was on site for final restoration of this conductor hole which was concentrically set at 80 and was plugged to surface. The well is situated on a pad with two other production wells and accompanying production equipment, but no production equipment. The cellar had been removed and filled to surface. There was no visible surface expression of the well. Final restoration can be passed.

1542813856 2018-11-08 Final Restoration No Violations I was contacted by the operator to conduct a final restoration inspection because the Goebler wells were in the process of being transferred to Penn Energy. The well consisted of a conductor hole concentrically set at 80 and was plugged to surface. As the cellar around the well is still in place and the casing was not buried below grade, final restoration could not be passed. I contacted the operator and informed them of my findings.
