0260186226 | 2015-11-10 | Preliminary Restoration | No Violations | I was on location to conduct a preliminary restoration inspection. The well is open flow with a wellhead Christmas tree assembly. Jersey barriers were installed around the wellhead. The well is properly identified with a clear, legibly-marked well identification sign. The tank battery consisted of six, 400 BBL production tanks and was diked. The tanks are located within a spray-lined and sealed secondary containment. There are e-stops outside the barriers, and the tanks are grounded, and have static dissipators. There is a truck grounding area for trucks collecting condensate and/or produced water. Lightning protection and a windsock are installed on top of the production tanks. Other production equipment on the well pad consisted of:
Jersey barriers are installed around the production equipment. The entire well pad is enclosed with a six-foot high, chain link fence with three-strand barbed wire and the man doors were locked. Along the interior of the chain link fence there is an earthen berm and it was stable. The soil stockpile is well-stabilized with vegetation. Drainage and erosion controls at the pad are in place and functioning. A closed-loop, above-ground drilling pit system was used, so there are no earthen pits requiring closure. The pad has a crushed limestone surface, and is in good repair. The lease road is stable and drivable. The well was in production at the time of this inspection, and the status needs changed in RBDMS from DR to PR. Preliminary restoration passed. |
0585942940 | 2015-04-28 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | I was on location to check the drilling status of Nomac Rig #71. They have changed out the air hammer and are mist drilling the 8.75 vertical section to the mud-up-point of 7000. Current depth is 6,203. The location is in good condition and all drilling equipment is on containment. No violations. |
1148310330 | 2015-04-24 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | I was on location to inspect drilling operations of Nomac #71. They have skidded the rig and are centered over the 20 conductor casing. They are currently rigging up the backyard and building the flow line. They will make up the bottom hole (BHA) assembly and spud the 17.5 surface hole late this afternoon. The 13.375 surface casing was on the racks by the entrance. It is new, 54.5lb/ft., grade J-55 casing. The location is in good condition and all drilling equipment is on containment. No violations. |
1676333587 | 2015-05-04 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | I was on location to check the drilling status of Nomac Rig #71. They are currently drilling the 8.5 lateral at a total measured depth of 17,834. They should reach total depth in 24 hours. I walked location and all drilling equipment is on containment and I found nothing leaking. No violations. |
2018000177 | 2015-04-25 | Casing String Witnessed | No Violations | I was on location to witness the cementing of the 13.375 surface casing. Nomac Rig #71 drilled a 17.5 hole to a total depth of 977 and Wyoming Casing set 967 of surface casing in the hole. Schlumberger rigged up, tested the lines, and cemented the casing with 183 barrels of Class A cement slurry. They released the plug and displaced the plug to the float collar with 142.5 barrels of freshwater. The plug landed at 400psi and the pressure was increased and held at 1000psi for 5 minutes. The pressure was released and 0.75 barrels flowed back to the truck. 50 barrels of cement circulated to surface. No violations. See cement ticket for more details on this job. |
