0376944486 | 2014-04-09 | Orphan | No Violations | My inspection today is in reference to complaint number 3323. My inspection found the well to be equipped with a shackle line run pump jack. The well had 10 casing, 6.25 casing, 2 tubing and rods. The 10 casing was split at the top and is open in between the 10 and the 6 casing. The 2 flow line was run to a steel 50 and 100 BBL tank. The shackle lines to the well were ran from a small building with a motor and wheel to power the shackle lines. There is no identification signs on location. The access to the well is over grown with vegetation. The well will be submitted to the orphan well program. |
