Access to the well and tank battery was stable and drivable. No identification was present at the well head. The 8.625 well head was below grade. The 4.5 production casing was equipped with a plunger lift assembly. Production valves were closed. No leaks were detected. A domestic supply connection was present. The tank battery was shared with #2-0622. No earthen dike was present around the equipment. The location of the tank battery does not present a clear and present hazard to health or safety. Equipment specific to #2-0624 consisted of one (1) vertical separator and two (2) 100 bbl production tanks. The separator remained in good repair and valves were in the closed position. The meter chart box was not present. The production tanks contained illegible identification and remained in good repair. Valves were closed and plugged. I will contact the owner to post identification and investigate the status of the well. |
