Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
1485178931 2017-01-23 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection was to conduct a status check on well # 2-0961. A review of RBDMS of indicates the last reported production was 2004. Lease access is through a farm road that remains in good repair. The well location is within an agricultural field and remains stable. At the time of my inspection, the electric pump jack had been removed from the well. A pressure gauge on the well head indicated 560 psi. Bales of hay were stacked around the well head to prevent well freezing. I called and spoke with contract lease operator Jeremy Kohler concerning the wells status and presence of the tank battery. Jeremy stated that the well only supplied house gas and the tank battery had been removed. No violations were observed during this inspection.
1518639507 2018-02-14 Exempt Well Pre Transfer No Violations The purpose of my inspection was to conduct an exempt domestic well pre transfer inspection on well #2-0961. Access to the well was through a farm field road that was stable and drivable. The well was located in an agricultural field. All public or private structures were more than 200 feet from the well head. Bales of hay were piled against the well head. I moved the hay and witnessed the 4.5 production casing equipped with a swage down to 2.5 that also contained a valve in the open position. A pressure gauge on the well head indicated 400 psi. Pressure regulators were present. Domestic supply line valves were in the open position. The tank battery and any associated production equipment was removed. I spoke with the landowner Ronald Mercer and confirmed the well was supplying gas for domestic purposes. No violations were observed during this inspection.
