0143823995 2006-06-08 Preliminary Restoration Violations Noted The well site indicates a problem with erosionand needs more work. The dike is too low. The tank battery consists of 1-100 bbl storage tank, 1-1550 gallon plastic salt water tank, a separator and a dike.
0378637567 2015-01-23 Production Wells No Violations I was on site to conduct a status check. Identification was posted at the tank battery. The tank battery consists of one 100 bbl production tank, a 35 bbl poly brine tank, and one horizontal separator with a domestic supply line. The tanks valves were not sealed or locked. There is a meter box with a current chart showing production. A dike is present but is in poor condition and needs to be brought up. The wellhead is equipped with a plunger lift and is surrounded by a cattle gate. The access road and site are stable. The operator will be contacted to address the plugging of the production tank and bringing up the dike.
0604519699 2013-12-13 Preliminary Restoration No Violations I reviewed the site to assess the completion of preliminary restoration as a follow-up to a Notice of Violation issued 06/09/2006. There are no erosion issues at the site. The well site is stabilized with ground cover. The access road is in good repair. The tank battery includes a plastic 1550 gallon brine tank, a steel 100 bbl storage tank, a horizontal separator with a meter box and drip tank. There is a legible identification sign at the storage tank. Preliminary restoration is complete.
