0050836192 | 2017-03-14 | Production Wells | No Violations | The purpose of my inspection was to conduct a status check on well #2-1389. A review of RBDMS indicates the Owner is current with reporting production. Lease access was over an agriculture road that was snow covered. The road was drivable to the well and tank battery. The well was located within an agriculture field that was snow covered. No identification was posted at the well head. The 8.625 well head was above grade. Both annular side ports were plugged. The 4.5 production casing was equipped with a plunger lift assembly. Production valves were in the open position. No audible or visual leaks were detected. A domestic supply connection was present. An earthen dike was present around the production equipment. A heavy gauge wire fence was constructed on top of the dike. The dike was stable. Equipment within the dike consisted of one (1) horizontal separator, one (1) 210 bbl production tank and one (1) 1400 gal poly brine tank. The separator was in good repair. No audible or visual leaks were detected. A current 16 day chart was in the meter house. Correct and legible identification was present on the production tank body. No holes or leaks were observed on the tank body. The load line valve was closed and plugged. The drain line valve was closed and plumbed out to the brine tank. The hatch lid was closed. The brine tank was in good repair. No cracks or leaks were observed. The inlet valve from the production tank was closed. No violations were detected during this inspection. |
