0637539047 | 2003-12-30 | Production Wells | No Violations | The tank battery consists of 1-100 bbl storage tank, 1-50 bbl salt water tank, 1- separator and is diked with a fence around it. |
1083932131 | 2017-11-29 | Production Wells | No Violations | The purpose of my inspection was to conduct a status check on well #2-1438. A review of RBDMS indicated production was current. Access and locations remained stable. Correct identification was present. The well was contained within a locked chain-link fence enclosure. The 8.625 well head was below grade. The 4.5 production casing was equipped with an electric pump jack. Production valves were in the open position. Staining consistent with a legacy operation was present. No leaks were observed. An earthen dike that was stable and free of fluid was present around the production equipment. A locked chain-link fence enclosure was constructed within the dike. Within the enclosure, production equipment consisted of one (1) horizontal separator, one (1) 100 bbl production tank and one (1) 50 bbl poly brine tank. The separator remained in good repair and contained a current 16 day production chart. The production tank remained in good repair. Valves were closed and plugged. The brine tank remained in good repair. The inlet valve was closed. No violations were observed during this inspection. |
