1182180590 2017-12-18 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection was to document the status of repairs to the well #2-1565. At the time of my inspection, the stuffing box wad adjusted and cleaned of paraffin. No further action is necessary.
1285226545 2005-01-25 Production Wells No Violations The tank battery consists of 1-210 bbl storage tank, 1-1,600 gallon plastic salt water tank and a dike.
1456044850 2017-11-28 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection was to conduct a status check on well #2-1566. RBDMS indicated production reporting was current. Access and locations were stable. The 8.625 well head was below grade. The 4.5 production casing was equipped with an electric pump jack. Correct identification was present. The stuffing box rubbers were worn and causing production fluid to stain the ground. The staining was not live or mobile. The tank battery consisted of one (1) horizontal separator, one (1) 210 bbl production tank and one (1) 1400 gallon poly brine tank. The separator was positioned outside of the dike. The separator remained in good repair and contained a current 7 day production chart. A stable earthen dike that was free of fluid was constructed around the production and brine tank. The production tank remained in good repair and contained correct identification. Valves were closed and plugged. The poly brine tank was in poor repair. I observed cracks in the body of the tank above the fluid line. I did not observe any evidence that a fluid loss occurred. The tank was holding approximately 500 gallons of fluid at the time of inspection. I spoke with lease operator Jamie Corsing concerning the tank. Mr. Corsing stated he would discuss the tank condition with his management to determine if the tank required replacement. I advised Mr. Corsing that the condition of the tank merited a warning and any release would result in a violation. I will schedule a follow up inspection to document the status of repairs to the well head stuffing box.
