Access to the well remained drivable and stable. Correct identification was present. The 4.5 production casing was equipped with an electric pump jack. Production valves were in the open position. A domestic supply connection was present. No leaks were observed. The tank battery was shared with #2-1653 and #2-0681. A stable earthen dike that was free of fluid was present around the production equipment. Equipment on location consisted of two (2) horizontal separators, two (2) 210 bbl production tanks and one (1) 100 bbl brine tank. The separators remained in good repair and contained a current 7 day chart. The production tanks remained in good repair and contained correct identification. Valves were closed and plugged. The brine tank remained in good repair. The inlet valve was closed. No violations were observed during this inspection. |
