0947248762 | 2017-12-11 | Production Wells | No Violations | The purpose of my inspection was to conduct a status check on well #2-1665. RBDMS indicated production was current. Lease access and the well and tank battery locations were stable. The well head was protected by a perimeter of livestock gates. Correct identification was present at the tank battery. The 8.625 well head was below grade. The 4.5 production casing was equipped with a plunger lift assembly. Production valves were in the open position. No leaks were observed. A domestic supply connection was present. The tank battery was shared with 2-1685. A stable earthen dike that was free of fluid was present around the production equipment. Equipment within the dike consisted of one (1) horizontal separator and one (1) 100 bbl production tank. The separator remained in good repair and contained a current 7 day production chart. The production tank remained in good repair. Valves were closed and plugged. No violations were observed during this inspection. |

1662245138 | 2014-10-22 | Production Wells | No Violations | I was on site to conduct a status check. The tank battery is shared between #21665 (Stamp #1) and #21685 (Stamp #2). Identification was posted on the tank battery but missing permit number. The tank battery consists of one 100 bbl production tank, no brine tank, and one horizontal and one vertical separator. The tank valves are plugged. There is one meter box with a current chart showing production. Gas is leaking from the copper line going to the meter box. A dike is present and in good repair. The wellhead is equipped as a plunger lift with a domestic supply line. The access road and site are stable. The owner will be contacted regarding the identification and gas leak at the meter box. |
1687979071 | 2014-10-22 | Preliminary Restoration | No Violations | I was on site to assess the completion of preliminary restoration. All drilling equipment has been removed and production equipment is in place. The tank battery is shared between #21665 (Stamp #1) and #21685 (Stamp #2). Identification was posted on the tank battery. The tank battery consists of one 100 bbl production tank, no brine tank, and one horizontal and one vertical separator. The tank valves are plugged. There is one meter box with a current chart showing production. A dike is present and in good repair. The wellhead is equipped as a plunger lift with a domestic supply line. Vegetation is growing on all disturbed surfaces. The access road and site are stable. Preliminary restoration is complete and approved. |
