1201237019 | 2017-01-17 | Production Wells | No Violations | The purpose of my inspection was to conduct a status check on well #2-1687. A review of RBDMS indicates the Owner is current with reporting production. Lease access to the well and tank battery is through an agricultural field. The well location is within an agricultural field that is stable. Correct and legible identification was posted at the well head. The 8.625 casing head was at grade. The 4.5 production casing was equipped with a casing plunger. No pressure gauges were present. Production valves were in the open position. No audible or visual leaks were detected. The tank battery is shared with well #2-1679. Correct and legible identification for both wells operated through the battery was present. All equipment was contained with a chain-link fence that was locked. Equipment inside the enclosure consisted of one (1) vertical separator, one (1) electric compressor and one (1) 50 bbl poly brine tank. From outside of the fencing, I could not detect any audible or visual leaks from the separator. No production meter was present inside the battery. The brine tank remained in good repair. No cracks were observed. No leaks or overfilling was detected. The load line was closed and plugged. No violations were observed during this inspection. |
