-lined and sealed secondary containment. There are concrete barriers protecting the containment from vehicles. There are e-stops outside the barriers, and the tanks are grounded, and have static dissipaters. There is a truck grounding area for trucks collecting condensate and/or produced water. Along the interior of the chain link fence there are two site drains installed. There is an earthen berm, with well-established ground cover. The soil stockpile is well stabilized with vegetation. Crops, woodlands and/or underbrush are growing normally outside the area of disturbance. Drainage and erosion controls outside the pad are in place and functioning. A closed-loop, above-ground drilling pit system was used, so there are no earthen pits requiring closure. Preliminary restoration is complete and has passed inspection. | |
0437965408 | 2016-03-29 | Production Wells | No Violations | I was on location for a status check. My inspection found the access road gate locked and the
access road is in good repair. An identification sign at the access road entrance, well, and tank battery. The pad is fenced and all man doors are locked. The #5H well is in production. The well is equipped with a christmas tree valve assembly. There is a steel dike around the tank battery. The equipment on the pad consists of the following: 3 - Storage tanks 400 bbl 2 - Gas processing units (GPU) 2 - Sand separators 1 - Thermal electric generator 2 - Producing wells Site fenced and man doors locked |
