Crews were building tank battery pad and dike when I arrived. The flow lines were going to be installed later in the day. The access road and site are stable.

The 8 5/8 casing had pressure on it prior hooking the frac line up. The pressure was bleed of to zero pressure. During the frac job there was not noted pressure on the 8 5/8. There was no incidence during the job. Job completed.
1489636207 2014-08-07 Surface Facility Construction No Violations I was on site to witness the pit solidification with Inspector John Fleming. Chem Tech, Inc. was doing the pit solidifying. Three bulk trucks of lime used to solidify pits. Mix looks good. A 140 bbl tank is on site. Summit well service was there to empty the tank. Access road and site are in good repair.

1714987941 2014-07-15 Surface Facility Construction No Violations I stopped at the site to check on the drilling rigs move-in progress. The access road was cut and covered with crushed limestone. Brush was cleared and stockpiled for the owner for firewood and the drilling pad was cut. Erosion prevention measures have been taken. The drilling rig was not yet on location, but pieces were beginning to arrive. The pits had not yet been dug. The wells were staked. I took GPS readings for the well and access road entries.
1834355201 2017-03-07 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection was to conduct a status check on well # 2-1849. A review of RBDMS indicates the Owner is current with reporting production. Lease access was over a crushed gravel driveway that was stable and in good repair. The well location was stable with well-established vegetation. Identification was posted at the tank battery. The 8.625 well head was below grade. The 4.5 production casing was equipped with a plunger lift assembly. Production valves were in the open position. No audible or visual leaks were identified. Production equipment was located within an earthen dike that was stabilized with well-established vegetation. Equipment within the dike consisted of one (1) horizontal separator, one (1) 210 bbl production tank and one (1) 50 bbl steel brine tank. The separator was in good repair. No audible or visual leaks were identified. A current 7 day chart was in the meter house. Correct and legible identification was posted on the tank stairs. No leaks or holes were observed on the tank body. The load line valve was closed and plugged. The drain line valve was closed and plumbed out to the brine tank. The hatch lid was closed. The brine tank was in good repair and in process of being painted. No holes or leaks were observed on the tank. The inlet valve from the production tank was closed. The hatch lid was open. The tank contained minimal fluid. No violations were observed during this inspection.
