1385016705 | 2018-09-19 | Production Wells | No Violations | The purpose of my inspection was to conduct a status check inspection on the Elk Run- Johnston location. At the time of my inspection correct identification was posted at the well location entrance. The production gathering line was brought onto the pad. Contractors were beginning to layout the surface production equipment. No work activity was occurring on the pad. Pipeline contractors were working on the right of way off of the South side of the pad. The East side pad drain was reconstructed and lined with rip rap to minimize erosion and sedimentation. No violations were observed during this inspection. |
1525975387 | 2018-05-08 | Production Wells | No Violations | The purpose of my inspection was to document the status of construction activities on the Elkrun-Johnston pad. Susco was the contractor. The operator had updated the East and West side pad drains. The work was completed and the disturbed area seeded and mulched. At the time of my inspection, the contractor was working to improve the drainage area and compact the Southwest corner of the location. While on location I spoke with ODNR-DOGRM engineer Jerry Smith. I discussed the work with Mr. Smith and he communicated to me that the pad retained pre-law designation and that the improvements were not considered substantial to require engineered plans. The operator did not have an identification sign posted at the entrance. I will contact the operator to determine the status of posting identification at the well entrance. |
1866615289 | 2019-02-19 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | I spoke with the Hilcorp consultant on site. 20 conductor pipe was concentrically set on 02/16/2019 to a depth of 118. No issues were reported and no water was encountered. The cellar was set and the operator was in the process of cementing the cellar floor. I performed a walk-around inspection of the pad and no violations were observed at the time of inspection. |
