Lease access was over an agricultural road that was stable and drivable. The well was located within an agricultural field stabilized with well-established vegetation. Correct and legible identification was present at the well. The 4.5 production casing was equipped with a tubing slip head. The tubing head side ports contained closed and plugged valves. Tubing placed inside the 4.5 casing was equipped with a primary Demco gate valve in the open position. Plumbing out of the primary Demco valve led to a secondary Demco gate valve. A 2 line was plumbed out of the secondary valve and into a buried drip. A domestic supply connection was present. No audible or visual leaks were detected. No violations were detected during this inspection. |
