1726520783 | 2018-12-18 | Orphan | No Violations | The purpose of my inspection was to follow-up on complaint #5674. I was accompanied to the location by landowner and complainant Delmar Smith. At the time of inspection, Mr. Smith had a traffic cone placed over the well head to prevent impact or damage. The well was located in an agricultural field. No identification was present. The surface casing was at grade and open to atmosphere. The static fluid level in the well bore was at surface. No gas was observed breaking at the surface. No oil or sheen was observed at the surface. I will follow-up with an idle well report. |
