The engine, drive belts and fuel line were intact. The flow lines were connected and the valves were open. There was a small containment dike below the wellhead that was tracked by deer, but it was dry and there were no active leaks. The production equipment consisted of one 210 barrel steel tank. There was not a containment dike in place. Correct, legible identification was posted at the tank and on the pumping unit. There were no leaks or spills around the tank. |
