0694804121 | 2013-10-08 | Production Wells | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I found that the well head was equipped with a pumping unit that was pumping at the time of my inspection. The tank battery consisted of two 100 barrel stock tanks, and an earthen dike. Proper identification was posted and there were no leaks or spills. No violations at this time. This well is incorrectly listed as plugged and abandoned. The well is in production and statement of annual production reports are current. |
0816538657 | 2018-12-04 | Production Wells | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I found that the natural gas powered pumping unit was in operation. There were no leaks around the wellhead. The production equipment consisted of two 100 barrel steel tanks in an earthen dike. Correct, legible identification was posted. One of the tanks had the top completely blown open. There were no signs of oil or brine around the area that would be typically associated with a tank explosion. I called Bill Frost and left a voice message in regards to t he tank. |
