Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
-813703572 2017-9-29 0:00: PW No Violations 0.70
0813703572 2017-09-29 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I found that the well was equipped with a natural gas powered pumping unit. The engine, drive belts and fuel line were intact. The flow lines were connected and the valves were open. The polished rod showed signs of recent use. The permit number was painted on the pumping unit. There were no leaks around the wellhead. The production equipment is shared with permit 1625 and consisted of two 100 barrel steel tanks in an earthen dike. Correct, legible identification was posted, and there were no leaks or spills around the tanks.
