The engine, drive belts and fuel line were intact. The flow lines were connected and the valves were open. There was some sludge on the stuffing box, but there was nothing on the ground. The production equipment consisted of one 100 barrel steel tank in an earthen dike. There were no leaks or spills around the tank. Correct, legible identification was posted on the pumping unit and tank. |
