1540390122 2018-10-24 Final Restoration No Violations On the day of my inspection I found that the well GPS coordinates were plotting in a residential driveway. The area of the driveway where the well was plotting was excavated out of a hill side as a drilling site would have been in the local terrain. There were no signs of any oilfield related materials or debris. I also found no signs that there was a leaking plugged well. The well records show that the well was drilled to total depth and designated a dry hole. The well was then plugged with the drilling permit. There is a scanned copy of the original plugging report stored in the database. The plugging report was dated for 11/23/1979 and showed that the well was plugged with clay. The status of this well should be plugged and abandoned with the final restoration passed.
