0670488882 2013-09-12 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I found that the well head was equipped with a pumping unit. The tank battery consisted of one 100 barrel stock tank, one 20 barrel poly brine tank, one separator and an earthen dike. This well shares a tank battery with permit 4131. Proper identification was posted and there were no leaks or spills. No violations at this time.

If multiple wells are being produced into the common tank(s) each well-head shall be identified as to owner, permit number, well number and lease name.
