0119974900 2018-01-04 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I found that the well was equipped with a plunger lift. The flow lines were connected at the wellhead. The valves were closed, except one casing valve that was open to a regulator and house gas line. There were no leaks around the wellhead. The production equipment consisted of one 100 barrel steel tank and one vertical separator in a shallow earthen dike. Correct, legible identification was posted and there were no leaks around the tank.

1890287420 2012-09-25 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I found that the well head was equipped with a plunger lift system and connected to a tank battery that consisted of one 100 barrel stock tank, one separator and an earthen dike. Proper identification was posted and I found no leaks or spills around the well head or tank battery. No violations at this time.
