1461334460 2016-04-20 Field Inspected, Well Not Found No Violations This inspection was conducted in response to a request to confirm the status or existence of this well. The location coordinates stored in RBDMS plotted the well in a forested area 1534 feet north of TR 296. I contacted the current landowner Douglas Albertson and met with him at the property. He claimed that he had lived there since 1992 and there were never any visible well components at the site for the Vickers 4. He is the exempt domestic owner of the Vickers 5. Mr. Albertson claimed that there was a flat area where the well may have been drilled. I found that the access road was still in place and Mr. Albertson frequently used the road to traverse the property. The road led to a flat area that was covered in grass and pine trees. Mr. Albertson claimed that he mowed the area and he planted the trees. The GPS coordinates on record plotted the well in the flat area. I found no visible well components. I found no oilfield related materials or debris. I found no evidence that a plugged well was leaking. Mr. Albertson also claimed that he has never observed any signs of leaking oil, gas or salt water from the site.
