1530314047 2013-10-22 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I found that the well head was equipped with a plunger lift system. The tank battery consisted of one 210 barrel stock tank, one 30 barrel brine tank, one separator and an earthen dike. Proper identification was posted and there were no leaks or spills. This violation is resolved.
1836830836 2018-03-22 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I found that the well was equipped with a plunger lift system. The flow lines were connected at the wellhead, the valves were open and there was 150 pounds on the tubing gauge. There were no leaks around the wellhead. The well number and permit number was written on the control box at the wellhead. The production equipment is shared with permit 4969. It consisted of one 210 barrel steel tank, one 50 barrel steel tank and one horizontal separator in an earthen dike. Correct, legible identification was posted on the tank. There was a 8 to 10 inch diameter puddle of oil in the grass under the heater tube on the 210 barrel tank. There was already a plastic plug in the heater tube, but it was leaking slowly from the bottom. There was less than one gallon of oil on the ground and nothing was close to escaping the dike. I called Rob Hunter with Brilex and left a voice message requesting the he address the issue.
