The motor and electric were intact. The flow lines were connected at the wellhead and the valves were open. There were no leaks around the wellhead. The production equipment consisted of one 100 barrel steel tank, one 30 barrel poly tank and on vertical separator. There was not a containment dike around the equipment. Correct, legible identification was posted on the tank and at the wellhead. There were no leaks around the tanks. |
