0018248134 2018-05-21 Production Wells No Violations I was contacted by landowner Dave Foster to request an inspection on this well because he is thinking about buying the well for domestic use. On the day of my inspection I found that the well was equipped with an electric powered pumping unit. The motor, drive belts and electric were intact. The flow lines were connected and the valves were open. There was a house gas drip and meter at the wellhead. There was pressure on the gauges and the meter showed gas use. The production equipment consisted of one 70 barrel steel tank in an earthen dike. There were no leaks or spills around the wellhead or tank. Correct, legible identification was posted on the tank.
1538404685 2018-10-01 Exempt Well Pre Transfer No Violations On the day of my inspection I met with the landowner, Dave Foster, to inspect the well and the current domestic gas configuration. The pumping unit was still on the well and equipped for production. Mr. Foster had installed a switch in the electric box so he could pump the well at his discretion, rather than having pump on a timer. There were new belts on the motor and all of the lines were connected. There were no leaks around the wellhead. The 50 barrel tank back near the wellhead had approximately 3.5 feet of fluid in it. There were no leaks around the tank. The 100 barrel tank down near CR 23 was completely full of brine water. There were no leaks around the tank. I advised Mr. Foster to have MFC empty the tanks before he takes ownership of the well. Mr. Foster also showed me the gas lines and regulator for his home on CR 55. He said that the original farmhouse on CR 23 also gets gas from the well. There were no environmental issues with the well or equipment and the well is in current use for domestic gas.

There was pressure on the gauges and the meter showed gas use. The production equipment consisted of one 70 barrel steel tank in an earthen dike. There were no leaks or spills around the wellhead or tank. There was no identification posted for this well. I called MFC to request that they get identification posted.
