| 1872010073 | 2016-03-08 | Production Wells | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I found that the wellhead was being produced with a natural gas powered pumping unit. The surface casing head was buried and not visible. One of the casing valves was closed the other was partially open and connected to supply gas to the engine. The polished rod showed signs of recent use. Identification was posted at the wellhead. There was a 100 barrel steel tank back at the well site. There were no lines connected to the tank. The tank battery is shared with the number 1, 3 and 4 wells. It consisted of two 100 barrel steel tanks. There was an earthen dike in place around the production equipment. The load valves on the tanks were equipped with plugs. The identification at the tank battery was correctly filled out and legible. I found no leaks or spills at the tank battery. |
